Built around a floating glass nav island, an asymmetric bento layout and double-bezel cards, it lists board game tournaments from a JSON store, collects event proposals through a live form, and drives every scroll reveal with Anime.js — fully self-hosted, with no CDN dependency.

A fully anonymous live Q&A platform built for the APERIFOOD event on eating disorders in the social media age. Guests answer from their phones with no account and no name, a PIN-protected dashboard moderates submissions in real time with live vote analytics, and approved answers are pushed instantly to the stage projector — all synced over WebSockets in 7 languages.

A 70-piece online jigsaw built on the historical map of Mussomeli. The pieces are cut and drawn on an HTML canvas and dragged through the Pointer Events API, so a mouse and a finger behave identically, while progress and the run timer live in localStorage — a half-finished map survives a closed tab. Ships as its own Docker container behind a Cloudflare Tunnel, with no CDN beyond the web fonts.
